Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) have a wide ranging and complex agenda, requiring them to deliver against a range of national targets and local issues. Effective performance management helps identify key areas or work and captures how partners can work together to meet those important goals.
Through monitoring performance effectively, ONE HULL will be able to react to the changing environment of the City, enabling the Partnership to identify the right priorities and deliver key changes as set out in Hull’s Community Strategy and Local Area Agreement.
To assist partner organisations to access national data and share local information, the LSP is developing a data observatory. ONE HULL Knowledge is a data and analysis tool that provides data at a district, ward and Super Output Area level (SOA) - allowing the Partnership to track progress both in relation to Hull’s position with the rest of the Country, but also its performance at a neighbourhood level.
